Our chauffeur will greet you with a tablet displaying your name or the name of the person who made the booking.
Where will the driver pick us up at the airport?
For airport pick-ups, the driver will be inside the hall in front of the arrivals gate.

How far in advance do we need to book our chauffeur-driven vehicle?
The reservation of your private vehicle should preferably be made 48 hours in advance or, at the very least, 24 hours in advance.
How far in advance can we cancel the service, free of charge?
Suital’s cancellation policy states that the time limit for cancellation is 12 hours prior to the service.
When do we have to pay for the hire of our private vehicle?
Once the service has been completed, the driver can be paid with any type of card or in cash.
How can we make a firm reservation of the chauffeured vehicle?
The vehicle with driver can be booked by completing the form with the information requested.
How many suitcases fit in the sedan vehicle?
Our sedan vehicles can accommodate 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases.
How many suitcases fit in the MPV?
Our MPVs can accommodate 5 large suitcases and 5 small suitcases.
