Do you accept last minute bookings for conference transfers in San Sebastian and Bilbao?

What is the maximum waiting time for my transfer from the airport to the conference venue?
The maximum waiting time for your transfer from the airport is 30 minutes from the arrival of your flight. After this time, a charge will be made for the time spent waiting.
Can I cancel or change my conference transfer booking and what is the cancellation policy?
Suital’s cancellation policy states that a booking can be cancelled free of charge if it is made 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made with 12 hours notice or less, the full service will be charged.
