Yes, you can book a transfer for large groups or companies using our booking form. You can also write to us at vehiculos@suital.es specifying the number of people, day and time for the booking, pick-up point and destination.
¿Ofrecéis traslados privados desde el aeropuerto hasta el lugar del congreso?
Yes, at Suital we adapt to your needs. We will pick you up at the place you specify and take you to your requested destination.
¿Aceptáis reservas de última hora para transfers para congresos en San Sebastián o Bilbao?
Yes, we accept last minute bookings, but we cannot guarantee the availability of vehicles for last minute requests. You can check our availability for last minute bookings by calling +34 636 25 31 38.
¿Cuál es el tiempo de espera máximo para mi transfer desde el aeropuerto hasta el lugar del congreso?
The maximum waiting time for your transfer from the airport is 30 minutes from the arrival of your flight. After this time, a charge will be made for the time spent waiting.
¿Puedo cancelar o cambiar mi reserva de transfer para congresos y cuál es la política de cancelación?
Suital’s cancellation policy states that a booking can be cancelled free of charge if it is made 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made with 12 hours notice or less, the full service will be charged.
